Building a corporate tax practice is not about preparing returns.

It is about building a professional firm that businesses rely on year after year.

This mentorship is designed for professionals who want to build a high-level, scalable tax practice serving corporations, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses across Canada — guided by someone who has done it in the real world.

This is not academic training.

This is firm-building mentorship.

Why Corporate Tax Firms Are Among the Most Powerful Professional Businesses in Canada

✅Corporate tax practices occupy a rare position in the economy:

Corporations must file every year — without exception ✅Business owners need continuous tax planning, not one-time help✅Compliance leads naturally into advisory services ✅Relationships are long-term, not transactional

A well-structured corporate tax firm becomes:

Predictable
Scalable
Highly respected
Highly profitable

Unlike many businesses, corporate tax firms grow stronger over time.

They are professional assets — not temporary income streams.

This Is Not a Tax Course

It Is a Firm Architecture Program

Most programs focus on:

Technical updates
Tax rules
Software training

Those create employees.

This mentorship builds firm owners.

You will learn how to design and grow a professional corporate tax practice as a business system — not as a collection of tasks.

Who This Mentorship Is Designed For

💎Accountants and CPAs who want independence
💎Senior accountants are tired of ceiling-limited careers
💎Professionals who want to build a long-term firm, not freelance work
💎Internationally trained accountants seeking a path to Canadian practice

What You Will Build Through This Mentorship

By the end of the program, you will not simply “know more tax.”

You will build the foundations of a corporate tax firm, including:

🎯A clearly defined corporate tax business model
🎯Professional service offerings and positioning
🎯A structured client acquisition system
🎯A scalable firm workflow
🎯 A long-term growth roadmap

You will think like a firm owner — not a technician.

You are learning from experience — not theory.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this course for?

This Program is for the person who’s ready to step into the next version of themselves — the version who serves businesses, earns more, and feels confident handling real corporate files.

It’s for you if you’ve mastered T1s and you’re thinking, “I’m ready for more. I’m ready to grow.”

You don’t need to be perfect. You need to be willing to learn, practice, and take the next step.

How soon can I start taking corporate clients after taking this course?

Many students begin taking small business clients immediately after completing this level. You’ll have the technical skills, templates, workflows, and confidence to handle real T2 files — not just theory.

What makes this program different from other corporate tax courses?

Most courses teach rules. This program teaches real‑world practice.

You’ll learn:

how to complete actual T2 files
how to integrate bookkeeping and payroll
how to communicate with business owners
how to price and deliver corporate services
how to avoid the mistakes that trigger CRA reviews

This isn’t just education — it’s mentorship, systems, and practical experience.

How much can I realistically earn with T2 clients?

Corporate clients typically generate higher, more stable year‑round revenue than personal tax clients.
Even a handful of small business clients can significantly increase your income.

But here’s the real value:
Corporate clients stay with you for years.
They need ongoing support.
They become the foundation of a sustainable practice.

What if I’m already doing bookkeeping — will this still help me?

Absolutely.
If you’re already doing bookkeeping, Level 2 will help you understand how your work connects to corporate tax filings — which makes you more valuable, more confident, and more in control of the full client picture.

Many bookkeepers join Level 2 to expand into T2s and increase their revenue.

Meet Your Mentor

I’m Rokon Alam, CPA, founder of TaxAcademyPro and Rokon Alam Professional Corporation (www.rokonalamcpa.com), where I’ve been serving individuals and businesses across Canada with professional tax and accounting services since 2013. For more than a decade, I have also taught Accounting, Finance, and Taxation at leading Canadian colleges (Centennial, Sheridan, Toronto School of Management, and Toronto Business College).

My journey has allowed me to work closely with hundreds of students, newcomers, professionals, and business owners. Through these experiences, one thing became clear to me: People don’t struggle because they lack ability — they struggle because they lack guidance, clarity, and real-world training.

At TaxAcademyPro, I combine my experience as a practicing accountant, educator, and mentor to help people build their future with confidence. Whether I’m coaching CPA candidates, teaching university-level accounting and finance, or training aspiring tax practitioners to launch their own Tax and Accounting practice, my mission remains the same:

To give you the practical skills, confidence, and mentorship you need to succeed and build a meaningful career in Canada.

Helping people grow is my passion — and I’m honoured to be part of your journey.
